Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
Do unused credits carry over?
A plan's credits carry over for one more month. Packs last 12 months, and trial credits do not expire.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, in US dollars. Hirepup never sees your card number.
Can I get a refund?
Plans and credits are not refundable, except where the law requires. Searches that find too few people are free, so you never pay for an empty list.
