For recruitment agencies

Be first to submit, with a shortlist you can defend.

Paste the client brief as it arrived. Get a ranked longlist in minutes, with the reasoning behind every score, instead of an afternoon of Boolean strings.

The race today

  • The brief lands; three other agencies have it too. The first hour decides who submits first.
  • You turn it into Boolean by hand, run it, and read hundreds of profiles to find twenty.
  • The client asks why you picked someone, and the honest answer is a hunch.
  • "Too senior" means starting the search again.

With Hirepup

  • Paste the brief; check the profile Hirepup read from it; the shortlist streams in best first.
  • Every score shows its evidence, ready to put in front of the client.
  • People open to work rise up the list without hiding everyone else.
  • "Not a fit: too senior" re-ranks at once; export the CSV of exactly who you are presenting.

What you get

01

Brief in, longlist out

No Boolean strings. Hirepup reads skills, seniority, years and location from the brief, and you fix anything it got wrong before a credit is spent.

02

Reasons the client can read

Seven sub-scores per person, each with the profile evidence behind it. "Why this candidate?" has an answer you can paste into your submission.

03

Open-to-work, as a bonus

People signalling they are open rise up the list, with the date their profile was last updated, so you can judge how fresh the signal is.

04

Your pipeline per role

Shortlist, add notes, move people through contacted and replied, and export the ones you are sending. Hirepup never contacts anyone for you.

A Tuesday with a new brief

  1. 01

A client sends a Senior Backend Engineer brief at 10:00. You paste it into Hirepup.

  2. 02

You check the profile it understood, move one skill from must-have to nice-to-have, and see roughly how many people match.

  3. 03

You search. Candidates stream in scored and explained. You mark two "too junior" and the list re-sorts.

  4. 04

You export the five you are presenting and send them before lunch.

What it costs

A search costs 25 credits and is charged only for what it finds: 15 if it finds fewer than 100 people, nothing if it finds fewer than 25 or fails. Searching the same role again within 30 days is 10, and checking the pool size first is free.

Starter is $49 a month with 500 credits. If you run many roles at once, Pro is $149 with 2,000.
