For in-house talent teams

Many open roles, one consistent way to judge fit.

Every recruiter gets the same score for the same person, worked out the same way, with the evidence behind it, and you can see where the credits went.

Eight to twenty roles at once

  • Each recruiter searches differently, so shortlists depend on who happened to run the search.
  • Hiring managers ask why someone was picked or left out, and nobody can say.
  • Sourcing effort and spend are invisible until the end of the quarter.
  • Fairness is hard to check when the reasoning lives in someone's head.

With Hirepup

  • Every JD becomes a profile the hiring manager can check before anything is searched.
  • The same seven-part score for everyone, with the evidence for each part.
  • Cap what each role may spend, and read every charge in the credit ledger.
  • Name, photo, age, graduation year, gender, nationality, religion and marital status are never scoring inputs.

What you get

01

A standard you can explain

The score is deterministic and reproducible; the only judgement call is capped at ten points and always gives its reason. Weights can be set per role.

02

Spend you can see

Every search is one charge in a ledger you can read. Set a cap on a role, or a monthly cap on the workspace, and nothing runs past it.

03

A pipeline per role

Shortlist, notes and stages (contacted, replied, sent to the hiring manager) for each role, so progress is visible without a spreadsheet.

04

Data kept to the workspace

Roles, candidates and notes are visible only to your workspace. Candidate data comes from licensed data partners; Hirepup never scrapes LinkedIn.

Kicking off a new role

  1. 01

The hiring manager sends the JD. The recruiter pastes it, or uploads the PDF or Word file.

  2. 02

The recruiter and manager agree the profile: must-haves, nice-to-haves, years, location.

  3. 03

A search runs under the role's credit cap. The shortlist arrives explained.

  4. 04

The recruiter shortlists, adds notes, and exports the people to take to the manager.

What it costs

Pro is $149 a month with 2,000 credits, about 80 searches, and a per-role spend cap. Credits roll over for a month, and top-up packs cover a busy quarter.
